The party will start at 3pm on Saturday 5th May and continue until late on the Monday evening. For early arrivals there will be an informal evening of music in the hotel bar on Friday 4th May.

The cost for the 3-day party for the MUSIC ONLY will be 150 per person and for this sum you will get over 26 hours of the best swinging jazz!
Patrons wishing to be seated together must book at the same time and tables will be allocated on a ‘first come - first served’ basis. To purchase tickets please complete and return the enclosed form with full payment. Individual day tickets may be available closer to the event.

Arranging accommodation will be the responsibility of patrons but the Holiday Inn has a limited number of rooms available at the special rate of 55 p.p.p.n. for dinner bed and breakfast with a supplement for single occupancy. These are selling very fast and should you wish to reserve a room do not delay!. Enquiries should be made direct with the hotel on 01603-410544.
Other accommodation suggestions are listed below. These have been taken from local tourist guides and we cannot vouch for any of them.

For those not staying in the hotel there is plenty of free car parking for patrons of the Jazz Party and the hotel’s carvery restaurant will be open to non-residents. Other eateries are within fairly easy travelling distance.

Norwich is a delightful city in the heart of East Anglia and can boast plenty of sights both in the city centre and the surrounding area so why not make your visit to the Jazz Party part of a longer break and sample some of the delights that the area has to offer.
We look forward to seeing you next May.
Best wishes,
