We are pleased to announce that the 1st Norwich Jazz Party will be held at:
The Holiday Inn, Norwich City Airport
Saturday 5th May to Monday 7th May
Subject to final confirmation the following musicians have agreed to play for us:-

The music will take place in the Lancaster Suite at the hotel which is an octagonal ballroom especially designed for musical and other entertainment. Patrons will be seated at tables of 10 and everywhere in the room has good sight lines and sound. Full table service for drinks will be available throughout the sessions with a full bar with real ale nearby. The room will be strictly non-smoking. The party will start at 3pm on Saturday 5th May and continue until late on the Monday evening. For early arrivals there will be an informal evening of music in the hotel bar on Friday 4th May.
The cost for the 3-day party for the MUSIC ONLY will be £150 per person and for this sum you will get over 26 hours of the best swinging jazz!
Patrons wishing to be seated together must book at the same time and tables will be allocated on a ‘first come - first served’ basis. To purchase tickets please complete and return the enclosed form with full payment. Individual day tickets may be available closer to the event.
Arranging accommodation will be the responsibility of patrons but the Holiday Inn has a limited number of rooms available at the special rate of £55 p.p.p.n. for dinner bed and breakfast with a supplement for single occupancy. These are selling very fast and should you wish to reserve a room do not delay!. Enquiries should be made direct with the hotel on 01603-410544.

For those not staying in the hotel there is plenty of free car parking for patrons of the Jazz Party and the hotel’s carvery restaurant will be open to non-residents. Other eateries are within fairly easy travelling distance.
Norwich is a delightful city in the heart of East Anglia and can boast plenty of sights both in the city centre and the surrounding area so why not make your visit to the Jazz Party part of a longer break and sample some of the delights that the area has to offer.

How To Get To Norwich
Major Trunk roads to the Norwich area are the M11, A11, A12, A140 and A14 from London and the South of England. The A14, A47, and A17 serve the Midlands and the North. Daily coach services operated by National Express serve the city and details are available from www.nationalexpress.com
‘One Railways’ operate a half-hourly service from London Liverpool Street with an average journey time of 1 hour 50 minutes. The Holiday Inn is directly across the car park from Norwich International Airport and recently the budget airline ‘flybe’ have started daily flights between Norwich and Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin, and Exeter as well as Amsterdan. Paris, Geneva, Bordeaux, Jersey and Guernsey. Eastern Airways offer a service from Aberdeen and KLM have a regular service to Amsterdam which connects into their network of routes covering every part of the globe.
